With the continuous expansion of IPI's business, the company acquired its own office property in Shenzhen in 2020 and built its own R&D base. In April 2021, the Shenzhen R&D base was officially put into use.

Following the completion of the Suzhou and Shenzhen R&D bases, IPI achieved its goal of "one R&D system, two locations." The launch of the Shenzhen R&D base marked a new chapter for the company.
