In December 2020, IPI organized a four-day "5th Anniversary Employee Trip" to destinations such as Dali, Lijiang, and Yunlong Snow Mountain in Yunnan. The trip aimed to help employees relax, foster team cohesion, and create a lively atmosphere, while also reflecting the company's care for employees who had completed five years of service.
